Writing Services

Overview

We assist in creating VR scenarios in Warp Studio, providing expert guidance on writing and storytelling. Collaborate with our scenario experts to develop scenarios tailored to your business needs.

You will receive support in understanding storytelling techniques, formulating effective questions, creating dialogues for actors, and setting appropriate challenges to achieve optimal learning outcomes.

Online Writing Sessions

Session Duration Description
Session 1 2 hours Using a worksheet, gather information for a story outline. Warp VR will write the outline and email it as a PDF for client review.
Session 2 2 hours Review feedback on the story outline together. Collect sufficient information to write a scenario in Warp Studio.
Session 3 3 hours Dive into Warp Studio and review each scene, including scene descriptions, the writing of questions and answers, and the scenario flow. Warp VR collects all feedback during the session for use in the revision.

Feedback

The client must deliver all feedback in a clear, written format, specifying the required changes. Clients have three opportunities to provide feedback after each session. The client must deliver all feedback in a single, consolidated email and include specific references, such as chapters or scene numbers, before the next session or within 5 working days after we deliver documentation for review. Warp VR will share documentation of the first 2 sessions with the client for review and feedback.

Payment Terms

The payment structure for the writing services is as follows: 50% of the total cost will be invoiced upfront, and the remaining 50% will be invoiced after the third and final session.
